Stress Management


The word stress is used by every one in day-to-day in each indivudual. We can never see a person to don't meet stress in life because in each an every situation we meet stress. In house women, professionals, college students and teachers also they meet stress. In the role of house womens they meet stress in each and every time that is now a days each and every womens they go to a work for increasing her family income and also support her partners in this time they done some works in house that is cookinh, washing, caring her childrens and her family members etc... that time she can't able to do her office work also, that time she may feel tried or stress. Then we come to the college students they also meet stress in colleges it means submitting there projects, seminars, then they will meet exams and results also. Then we come to how the teachers to feel stress, it means if the teacher is new in school or college means they feel fear or uncomfortable and they submit lesson books, reports etc...In this way teachers may feel stress. In this manner each and every indivuduals meet stress in daily life. 

Meaning of stress

         Stress means it may produce some mental pressure or some physical reactions when our expectation is not fulfilled that time our mind is not take in easy way, that time mind become un consious so we do or thing some unwanted things and create some emotions and some bio-chemical reaction in our body that is known as stress.

Types of stress

       Stress is defined into three types that is mentioned below,

  • Eustress 
               The Eustress is other way we called as positive stress, In this type an individual meets this types of stress in positive manner for example: If one student is participating in running competition and he got first price. In this situation the student feel some abnormal feeling, that is he feel free and feel happy so he crying on the stage, it means positive stress.
  • Distress
                The Distress is other way we called as negative stress, In this type an every individual meets this types of stress will appear negative manner. It will accur in negative situation for example: If one person is died in the family, it means negative stress. That is they are crying, increase some negative feelings and feel in depression, it means negative stress.
  • Neutral stress
                  In this neutral stress will araise in negative incidents but they handled properly in manner. It means the stress is become to be an challenging one and then move forward and acheive sucess in the life.

Components of stress

                 They are divided into some components that is 
  • The Source (causes)
  • The Pressure (input)
  • The Recipient (target)
  • The Effect (output)
                 We should understand the relationship between these four components. It means pressure is the major thing it could be a mental pressure or physical pressure, it is the target of the stress it should be converted in to effect or output. The output means fear, flying butterflies in stomach, depression, increasing heart beat, tension etc... This components are denoted by how the stress worked by an individual. 

Causes of stress

  • Mental Stress
                 It plays an important role in mental stress, that means it causes a problem in every individual, depression, and tension.
  • Physical Stress
                 It also an important part of stress, it means this type of stress will increase some physical issuses, that is head ache, illness. 
  • Emotional Stress
                 In this stress, it is very dangerous one means the out come is fully  affected by others, that is damage anybodies things. 

other causes of stresses were noted that is , 
  • Fear 
It is main reason to increase stress, it means if you stands in new place to deliver some topics infront of  some educates means automatically to feel distrubed, that is called fear.
  • Threats
The word threat means, meet some difficult situations. It is divided into four types that is
Physical threats
Social threats
Financial threats
Personal threats
  •  Lack of sleep
It is one of the main reason to increase stress in working places, because they can't able to do the work properly .
  • Anybody misunderstands you
In working places your friend will misunderstand in some situation , that person is mentally disturbed it means stress.
  • Go back in your position
In this type in voting time the political leaders will fail some old position that time they got stress. 

Avoid to manage stress

           It starts with identifying the sources of stress. The word managing stress refers to managing each and every situations. Many people try to reduce stress in unhealthy ways, that is smoking, drunking, keep distance away from family and friends etc... Then we see about some healthy ways to reduce stress. 
  • Avoid unnecessary stress
It means we feel stress, suddenly we move the environment or changing the topics and conversation.

  • Alter the situation
It plays an important role in stress management to reduce stress, if we addict in stress in some places we will accept that situation.

  • Make time for fun and relaxation
It is most important part to reduce the stress. In this way each and every people can able to do this if we increase stress means we hear music, watching fun videos, talking with friends or families, or get way from that places and so on.

  • Adopt a healthy life style
We know a healthy mind always in healthy body. So we want to keep the body healthy. Inorder to keep a healthy body, we should eat a healthy diet, and also we should do regular exercise and we should avoid alcohol and get enough sleep. 
          If we follow these steps definetly we will be manage stress in much better way and we can became a good stress managers....
