- Identifying Recruitment Sources
In this process, first we check
our financial level in the organisation, then we start the recruitment process
because if we provide some new candidates means , in these candidates we
provide salary that time human resources managers must noted the organisation
financial level. Then only we manage it.
- Contacting sources
In this process it based the managers will select number of candidates
in process of contacting. In any where the recruitment it based on two ways,
that is it involves the recruiter and the recruitee. The recruiter select the
candidate in based on the collecting the information about the candidates, in
this same way recruite must gather information about the organisation to take
decision whether we join or not. so the organisation must want to share the
information among the candidates.
- Application pool

pool. Number of application depends upon type of organisation or type of job.

of recruitment, in this process the candidates will completely checked by their
technique skills, way of presentation, conducting some exams, and conducting
some interviews. It is the challenging one of all the organisation.

position. And another one is Promotion
it means, there is some changes are there form lower position to the
higher position. changes in responsibilities, Status, working time etc....

Job posting is one of the
internal method of recruitment process, in available jobs are posted in
locations throughout the organisation.
- Employee Referrals
Employee referrals means
recommendation for such job. The applicant who can be a friend or a family
members. By this method the organisation must be destroyed. that is, persons of
one community or caste who may or may not to fit for the job.
- Former Employee
The word former means old employees
. However the person will discontinued by some particular reasons, in sometime
some people has left the company to be our family situations, educations or to
reach some personal goals etc....
External Sources
External sources means some
sources come from outside of the organisation. that is
- Direct method
It means campus interviews,
preliminary screening method , interviews and attending seminars these are called direct method.
- Indirect method
In this method the candidate
attending interviews to seeing some advertisements, word of mouth, and other
firms these are known as indirect
method.
- Third Party method
The most third party method
includes through agencies, schools and colleges, trade unions, voluntary
method these are called third party
method.
