Human Resource Management

Human Resource Management is defined as the term, is how to manage human which is organising in working places and how we manage that resource in working place that is known as Human Resource Management. In this management has defined as many functions that is Planning, Organising, Directing, Stuffing and Controlling. In that above function stuffing is converted into human resource, it fully supported by the workers . The main aim of HRM has satisfied the workers. In simply Human Resource means allocate all the resource to reach the workers. Success of all organisation depends to the Human Resource Management, it is the heart of the all organisation . Without HRM cannot move towards to reach success so HRM is more important.

Functions of HRM

HRM functions is divided into two categories that is

Managerial Function

         In this managerial function means, what are the functions has done with in the managerial level in the organisation that is known as managerial functions. In this functions they has divided into some types that is

  • Planning
  • Organising
  • Directing
  • Co-ordinating
  • Controlling

        Planning is play an important role in HRM , because without planning nothing happened in perfect manner. If we launched one product means, some days before we planned how we produce that product, is it satisfied the customer demands and needs, and how to delivered that product in ordering time.

        Organising is one of the most important features in HRM, it means improving the team sprit, feel free among the group members then only they work in smooth manner.

        Directing is most important thing in each and every organisation, means in every department directing is most important then only the workers are do there work in properly. because without directing the workers are do there work in our own manner.

       Co-ordinating also most wanted one , its only built a good team spirit or working in group ways . co-ordinating will helps the workers to work hard and also built the competition spirit.

       Controlling also important in HRM, because without controlling the employees are done its work properly. It also maintain the attendance, working time .... then they provide reward.

Operational Function

In this operational function means, what are the functions are done with the operational level in the  organisation

  • Employment
  • HR Development
  • Compensation
  • Human Relation

       Employment means if we are doing one job, in that job we get suitable salary. In now-a-days the world population is high in same time educated people also increased but they don't got correct job. so this function will helps as our employment.

      HR Development function is increasing the training and development programmes for hiring the new candidates. In hiring area they can choose correct employees in right place at right time.

      Compensation means fine to provide the workers. They provide compensation means when we lost the materials from the organisation or misuse the product, or damage the equipment .

      Human Relation it is one of the most important role in HRM, it means the managers will study the behaviour of the peoples or some individual groups.

 Importance of HRM

  • Individual level

      It means encourage team spirit among the workers. provide high working opportunities to improve our working levels

  • Professional Level
      It means maintain good opportunities for hr development.

      Maintain healthy relationship among different groups

      Improving the working skill and capacity of the workers.

  • Social level

      Maintain the balance between qualification and needs.

      Make maximum resource using in effective manner.

      To reduce waste to doing work in normal energy.

  • Corporate level

        In corporate level, Managers will attacks their talents, planning, recruitment, selection, placement, promotion and skills.

  • National level

        In national level the process is done by increasing the economic level, It helps to improve the employee life style.
